To maintain product integrity, chain-of-custody standards, and laboratory-quality assurance procedures, Allura R&D does not accept returns of opened, handled, reconstituted, improperly stored, or otherwise altered products.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before shipment processing has occurred.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Claims & Exceptions

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be reviewed solely at the discretion of Allura R&D in the following limited circumstances:

Shipping Damage

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Include photographs of the damaged package and product
  • Include shipping label images and order details

Incorrect Item Received

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Include photographs and order information

Missing Items

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Include order number and package photographs when applicable

Quality-Control Concerns

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
  • Include lot or batch information when available
  • Include supporting photographs and detailed explanation

All claims are reviewed individually and resolutions are granted solely at the discretion of Allura R&D management.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or credits will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Experimental outcomes or expected research results
  • Claims submitted outside required deadlines
  • Opened, altered, or improperly stored products
  • Improper handling after delivery
  • Failure to promptly receive refrigerated or temperature-sensitive shipments
  • Customs delays, holds, seizures, or import restrictions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Violations of our Terms of Service or Legal Notice
  • Suspected misuse or use inconsistent with research-only purposes

International Orders & Customs

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, import requirements, and restrictions applicable within their jurisdiction.

Allura R&D is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import restrictions
  • Seizures
  • Regulatory actions
  • Returned or destroyed shipments
  • Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees

No refunds will be issued for orders affected by customs enforcement or import refusal.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allura Health & Wellness LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, suppliers, partners, licensors, distributors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of products
  • Improper laboratory handling
  • Interpretation of information presented on the Site

  • Delayed or failed shipments

  • Third-party carrier issues
