This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through science.allurahw.com operated by HYDROGEN MAX LLC DBA Allura Health & Wellness, operating as Allura R&D.

During periods of increased order volume, audits, carrier disruptions, holidays, or operational delays, processing times may extend beyond standard estimates.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

  • Domestic U.S. shipments: approximately 3–7 business days
  • International shipments: approximately 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, regulatory inspections, or other factors outside our control.


Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Ownership, title, and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Allura R&D is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost shipments
  • Delivery exceptions
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Incorrect delivery by carrier
  • Stolen packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.


International Shipping & Customs Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that products ordered through this Site may be lawfully imported into their country, state, or jurisdiction.

By placing an international order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Import laws vary by country and jurisdiction
  • Research-use materials may be restricted in certain regions
  • Customs authorities may inspect, delay, reject, confiscate, or destroy shipments
  • Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

Allura R&D is NOT responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import restrictions
  • Seized or confiscated shipments
  • Rejected packages
  • Destroyed shipments
  • Returned packages due to customs refusal
  • International regulatory actions

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for shipments affected by customs enforcement, import restrictions, or governmental actions.


Incorrect Address Information

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all shipping information submitted at checkout is complete and accurate.

Allura R&D is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Damaged or Missing Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Claims must include:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs of shipping labels
  • Photographs of damaged items when applicable

Failure to report shipping issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


Lost Packages

Packages may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for:

  • 7 business days for domestic shipments
  • 14 business days for international shipments

Carrier investigations may be required before any resolution is considered.


Shipping Restrictions

Allura R&D reserves the right to:

  • Restrict shipments to certain jurisdictions
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse shipment of certain products
  • Cancel orders flagged for compliance review

No Guarantee of Delivery

Allura R&D does not guarantee uninterrupted shipping operations or delivery timelines.

Shipping estimates are not contractual obligations and may change without notice.
