Allura R&D makes no representation regarding the legality of any product in jurisdictions outside the United States.

Allura R&D shall not be responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Seizures or confiscations
  • Returned shipments
  • Destroyed packages

No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders impacted by customs enforcement or regulatory actions.

Assumption of Risk

Purchasers acknowledge that laboratory research materials may involve inherent hazards.

By purchasing or handling any products from this Site, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for proper handling, storage, transportation, disposal, laboratory safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Purchasers further acknowledge that they possess appropriate knowledge, training, facilities, and equipment necessary to safely work with research materials.

Payment & Order Terms

All prices, taxes, shipping costs, and applicable fees will be displayed prior to order submission.

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Allura R&D.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit order quantities
  • Verify purchaser identity
  • Verify research intent
  • Restrict sales by jurisdiction
  • Hold orders for fraud or compliance review

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon shipment from our facility.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, branding, website design, documentation, software, and data, is owned by or licensed to HYDROGEN MAX LLC DBA Allura Health & Wellness and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Allura R&D does not warrant or guarantee any research outcome, experimental result, or scientific conclusion.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYDROGEN MAX LLC DBA ALLURA HEALTH & WELLNESS, INCLUDING ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Special damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of data
  • Research interruption
  • Regulatory actions
  • Laboratory losses

IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HYDROGEN MAX LLC DBA Allura Health & Wellness, operating as Allura R&D, and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of products
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

Right to Refuse Service

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

You expressly consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
